Agreement to These Terms

We are GreenFarm Lawn (Pty) Ltd (Registration 2026/397658/07) ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), based in Centurion, Gauteng, South Africa. We operate the website greenfarmlawn.co.za (the "Site") and related services (collectively, the "Services"). Contact: admin@greenfarmlawn.co.za or 076 442 2335.

These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and GreenFarm Lawn. By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after an update means you accept the changes. The Services are intended for users 18 or older.

1. Our Services

The Services are intended for use within South Africa. If you access the Services from elsewhere, you're responsible for complying with your local laws.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site — text, images, design, logos — belongs to GreenFarm Lawn or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view and print content for personal, non-commercial use only. No content may be copied, republished, or used commercially without our written permission. Contact admin@greenfarmlawn.co.za for permission requests.

3. User Representations

By using the Services, you confirm that any information you provide (name, delivery address, contact details) is true, accurate, and current, and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a purchase.

4. Products

We supply Kikuyu and LM Berea turf and LawnBooster for sale online, and offer lawn installation and tree felling services quoted individually. We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but grass is a natural, variable product — colour, texture, and condition can vary with season and growing conditions, and this isn't a defect. All products are subject to availability. Prices are subject to change.

5. Purchases and Payment

We accept Payfast, COD or EFT. All payments are in South African Rand (ZAR). You agree to provide accurate payment information. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, refuse an order, or limit quantities at our discretion.

6. Return Policy

7. Delivery

We deliver using our own fleet across the greater Gauteng area — see our Shipping Policy for rates, minimums, and collection points.

8. Installation Services

Installation is quoted and agreed individually based on site conditions. See our Return and Refund Policy for deposit, cancellation, and workmanship guarantee terms.

9. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Site — including attempting to access data you're not authorised to see, disrupting the Site's operation, scraping content, impersonating another person, or using the Site for any unlawful purpose.

10. Third-Party Links

The Site may link to third-party websites (including Garden Mecca). We're not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party sites — if you leave our Site, these Terms no longer apply.

11. Modifications and Interruptions

We may update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without notice, and we're not liable for any loss caused by downtime or discontinuation.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any dispute will first be attempted to be resolved informally between the parties. If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.

13. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is." While we take care in describing our products and services, we don't guarantee the Site will be error-free or uninterrupted, and grass/turf is a natural product subject to normal seasonal variation.

14. Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE OR OUR DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFIT, LOST REVENUE, LOSS OF DATA, OR OTHER DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, OUR LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO US DURING THE ONE (1) MONTH PERIOD PRIOR TO ANY CAUSE OF ACTION ARISING. CERTAIN US STATE LAWS AND INTERNATIONAL LAWS DO

NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.

15. Indemnification

You agree to hold GreenFarm Lawn harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or breach of these Terms.

16. Miscellaneous

These Terms, together with our Return/Refund and Shipping policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and GreenFarm Lawn. If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.
